Delivery

Orders from the DOMIO Home Interiors online store (domio.ua) are delivered according to the rates of the Nova Poshta courier service.

After placing an order, an online store manager will contact the customer regarding delivery details and timing.

You can pick up your purchases:

– in person at the DOMIO Home Interiors and Loro Piana Interiors showrooms (2 Bolsunovska St., Kyiv);

– by arranging delivery to a Nova Poshta branch.

If the order includes large items (lighting fixtures, furniture), the manager will contact the buyer regarding delivery details and costs.

Pick up your order at the DOMIO Home Interiors showroom

After placing your order in the online store, a manager will contact you to confirm it and clarify the details.

You can pick up your order yourself at the DOMIO Home Interiors and Loro Piana Interiors showrooms located at 2 Bolsunovska St., Kyiv, after paying for the order in advance via credit card online at domio.ua, or in cash or by credit card upon pickup at the showroom.

Delivery in Kyiv and Ukraine via the “Nova Poshta” courier service

Delivery within Kyiv and Ukraine is carried out at standard rates by the “Nova Poshta” courier service after confirmation and approval of all order details by the online store manager.

You can arrange delivery to a “Nova Poshta” branch. To place an order, please specify the number and address of a branch convenient for you in the order form.

Please note that orders are shipped via “Nova Poshta” only after full payment for the goods has been received. Shipments are held at the courier service branch for no more than 5 business days.
